Usage terms and licence

Michael Andrew Anable photography retains and owns the copyright to all the work as is common practice in the industry of intellectual property. Upon payment of any order the named licensee shall be paying party whom is granted a perpetual license to use the work with no expiration date for any and all marketing within and only for their own single business from digital, print, social media and MLS. This does not extend to other entities or businesses who wish to use the work at any time otherwise known as a 3rd party. 

What is not granted within this usage license is the permission to sell, trade, gift, transfer or lend any and all work  to a 3rd party. A 3rd party is any another business, agent, company or organization. 

MLS (multiple listing service) usage and further syndication from websites like, Redfin and Zillow to name a few examples are acceptable usage provided the Licensee is in control of the listing on the MLS. If the listing is lost or sold or no longer active, all work provided may still only be used by the original Licensee and may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred or lent to any 3rd party without expressed written authorized consent by Michael Andrew Anable Photography.

Any inquiries from a 3rd party requesting to use any and all delivered work require expressed written authorized consent by Michael Andrew Anable Photography and should be directed to contact Michael Andrew Anable photography 619-248-1985 to purchase a license to use the products including but not limited to, all photography, videos, 3D tours, websites and designs.
