A typical daytime photography shoot takes under an hour for smaller properties under 1500 Square Feet. Properties over 3000 square feet take abut 1.5-2 hours. When adding in Matterport 3D please budget in approximately 30 minutes per 1000 sqft. Aerial images take about 30 minutes.
Canceling and rescheduling at least the day before the day of your photoshoot will incur no fee. Please call text or email as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same day cancelations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled shoot time are charged $50.
There are no refunds for no show cancelations or cancelations within 1 hour of the scheduled shoot time.
All photography orders will deliver at least 25 photos of the interior and exterior of the main booking location. Larger properties will yield more photos.
For twilight photography orders expect 2-3 "blue hour" late night images and 4-6 "golden hour" sunset images in addition to your order.
All daytime photography is delivered within 24 hours and special requests can be made for rush delivery.
Booking availability changes daily and current scheduling is always live, however giving a few days will be safe to pick the exact time you wish.
